Bassima Platinum Care is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through compassionate, culturally responsive, and participant-focused support. We build trust, honor goals, and encourage meaningful community engagement every step of the way.
Bassima’s Platinum Care was born from love, resilience, and the power of lived experience.
It began not as a business idea, but as a deeply personal journey.
When our founder, Dr. Bassima Al Hawli, learned that her granddaughter had been diagnosed with autism, her family’s world changed overnight. She witnessed the sleepless nights, the emotional exhaustion, and the heartbreak of a young mother trying to understand and support her child without the guidance or help she needed.
Dr. Bassima watched her daughter – a lawyer and devoted mother – rise before dawn each day to comfort her energetic little girl, balance work, and navigate a world that often misunderstood their struggle. She saw how isolation, judgement, and exhaustion took their toll – and she made a promise: no parent should ever have to face that alone.
That promise became Bassima’s Platinum Care – a sanctuary built on empathy, healing and inclusion.
Our mission is to create a space where children with autism can thrive, and where parents can finally exhale – knowing they are supported, understood, and surrounded by professionals who care for the whole family, not just the diagnosis.
Here, healing goes beyond therapy sessions. We believe in caring for the heart behind the child – the mother, the father, the grandparent, the carer who sacrifices everything for love.
Within our centre, parents can find more than a waiting room – they find restoration. Whether it’s through access to red-light therapy, oxygen chambers, wellness programs, or simply a moment of calm – they have a space to recover while their child receives expert care.

Bassima’s Platinum Care brings together under one roof:
We are also dedicated to raising health awareness in multicultural and Arabic communities – breaking stigma around essential health checks such as breast, prostate and cervical screenings, and promoting early detection as the key to saving lives. Because we believe that prevention and education are just as powerful as treatment.
Bassima’s Platinum Care stands for compassion, connection and courage – giving families the strength to keep going, and children the freedom to shine in their own way.
We are not just an autism centre – we are a place of hope, healing and humanity. Here every smile counts. Every parent matters. And every child’s journey is celebrated – one small victory at a time.
Our aim is to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment that supports children with autism and empowers their families through compassion, education and holistic care.
We aim to remove the overwhelming barriers that parents and carers face – the endless travel between appointments, the emotional exhaustion, and the isolation that often follows a diagnosis – by providing all essential therapeutic, medical and emotional support services under one roof.
Our goal is not only to help each child reach their fullest potential, but to restore the strength and spirit of the family unit. We want every parent to feel that they are not alone, that there is help, understand and hope – right here in their own community.
Promote acceptance and inclusion within the wider community.
Foster healing – physically, emotionally and mentally – for both parent and child.
Build a model of care that celebrates diversity and removes cultural stigma around seeking help and early detection. At the heart of our aim is a simple but powerful belief: when families are supported, children flourish.
