All services are delivered by qualified and registered professionals in accordance with Australian healthcare standards and relevant professional boards.

Appointments and Bookings

Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, in person, or through our online booking system.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
In the event of persistent missed appointments, we reserve the right to discontinue services.

Fees and Payment

All fees will be communicated prior to the appointment.
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept various payment methods including EFTPOS, credit card and approved third-party funding (eg Medicare, NDIS, WorkSafe Victoria, TAC).
Rebates from Medicare, private health, or third-party payers are subject to eligibility and external approval.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth may be offered as an alternative to in-person services.
